When should I expect to receive my tickets?

After your order is confirmed, the Premium Sales & Service Team will provide instructions for accessing your digital tickets. Tickets are typically delivered well in advance of your event, though timing may vary by show type.

How will my tickets be delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are digital. Tickets can be accessed and transferred through your Atlanta Hawks Account Manager or the Hawks mobile app for easy, contactless entry.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Wire or ACH transfers may also be arranged upon request.

Do I need to pay in full when I book?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of checkout to confirm your reservation.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

What happens if an event is postponed or rescheduled?

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your suite reservation will automatically transfer to the new date.

What if an event is canceled?

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, a full refund is available. Please contact suites@hawks.com for assistance with available options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

When and how can I place a catering order?

Food and beverage offerings vary by event and space type. Catering is available through State Farm Arena’s official food service provider. For details or custom enhancements, contact your Premium Sales & Service representative.

Can I add extra ticket tickets to my suite?

Some suites allow the purchase of a limited number of additional tickets. Availability depends on the suite type and event. Please review your suite listing or contact suites@hawks.com for details.

Do children need tickets?

Children under two (2) years of age may attend without a ticket if seated on an adult’s lap. All guests aged two and older must have their own ticket.

What are the bag restrictions at State Farm Arena?

Bags must be 14” x 14” x 6” or smaller. All bags are subject to screening upon entry.

Does suite access include other premium areas?

Yes. Suite tickets include access to your designated suite level and applicable premium club areas, depending on your suite location.

Where can I park?

Multiple parking garages and surface lots are located near State Farm Arena. Select suites may come with parking passes. Parking details and directions can be found on the Parking Information page. Rideshare services are also encouraged.

Which entrance should suite guests use?

Suite guests may enter through Gates 1–4, unless otherwise directed for a specific event.

When do suites open?

Suites typically open 60 minutes prior to event start time, unless otherwise noted for a specific event.
